COMPANY INFORMATION

Founded in September 1996, Liaoning Tongda Building Material Industrial Co.Ltd.（Tongda）, which is specialized in the production of High–strength and Low - relaxation PC(Prestressed Concrete) steel wire and 7 wire strand, normalrelaxation PC steel wire, and carbon steel spring wire. The annual production capacity is about 160.000 tons.

The company is located in Liaoyang County, Liaoning Province. In its east the Harbin—Dalian Railway is located. In its west is Shenyang-Dalian and Shenyang-Beijing expressway. Transport is very convenient

Our products have been successfully used in expressway, railway, hydrodynamic power plant, and skyscraper Prestressed Concrete Engineering for several years. The products have been exported to America, Spain, Italy, Australia, and South Korea… With the applications of“Tonglida”, the brand was popularly approved by the customers. The products can comply with ASTM A416/A416M, BS5896 and GB/T 5224,Une 36094 standards.

For the products: Our company has been granted the General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of People’s Republic of China issued Industrial Products License;

For the quality management system: Our company has been granted the China National Accreditation Board for Certifiers and UCS ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System Authentication;
UKAS ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System Authentication;
the Mill’s Laboratory passed China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories Authentication.
